All of our vehicles are equipped with mounted laptops that allow our clients 24/7 access to our collection activity.  All assignment updates include photos, detailed descriptions including the date and time.  All new assignments are updated within 24-hours!  While most assignments are recovered within the first few days, some maytake longer.  For those cases, the client can expect regular updates on all account activity.

Our lot is well-lit and features state of the art surveillance.  All recovered collateral is well documented, photographed and inventoried within 2-hours of recovery.  We strive to recover keys with each unit, but realize this is not always possible.  For those situations, we do offer key cutting and programming for a nominal fee.  Please feel free to inquire!
